  1. Very good - big portions!

Ordered from Khyber Pass on Monday night. Me and my friend ordered a bunch of starters and a chicken tikka masala each. We ordered too much! Chicken pakora and onion bhajis were excellent to start and the chicken tikka masala was nice, possibly a bit too rich for my taste buds. Overall a good experience and I’d order from them again (Delivery quicker than quoted which is always good)

  2. Quick delivery.

Quick delivery. Was told 45mins, it arrived in half an hour.
Good menu selection and the guy on the phone was easy to understand.
Ordered enough food for about 4 people for £20.
Tikka Masala was great, but the sauce was really rich.
    The naan breads are MASSIVE.

  3. Don't bother

Tried this place for the first time last week, never again! The ugly, unwelcoming exterior sent alarm bells ringing but I gave it the benefit of the doubt. From the overcooked pakora to the cheap tasting chicken & bland, doughy nan that was in no way done in a proper tandoor. This place may be ok if you’ve had a few drinks too many but if you’re looking for traditional, flavour filled indian cuisine then there are far better places out there to try. I won’t be back. The staff seemed more interested in watching sport on tv rather than serving the customers.

Outstanding welcome and really quick service – highlighting the reasons for winning the ‘customer excellence award’ which was noticeable as soon as you walk in. Ordered meal no 4 for 4 persons and there was still leftovers.Quality matched with quantity and since trying almost all take aways for the last 30 years or so in aberdeen and in holiday resorts, this is definitely the closest if not better than the cuisine you will receive in India itself

  6. Flavour explosion!

I’m a great lover of a spicy dish and love the Khyber Pass Madras, it’s not only spicy but full of flavour unlike most other Aberdeen take aways! My partner always insist on ordering a starter and a main but can never eat both, the portions are big and very good value for money! A great meal for a bargain price!
